The Big Spring School District is seeking a High School Volleyball - Assistant Coach.

Assistant Coaches
- Each coach, because of his/her position, has the opportunity and responsibility to serve as a model not only for those participating in the program, but also for those assuming the spectator role. His/her actions, comments, speech, and general behavior will have a profound impact on the lives of the athletes with whom he/she is working, on those who aspire to be athletes, and on those who support the program as spectators.
- The assistant coaches are directly responsible to the head coach and must follow his/her program.
- All coaches must maintain a fair, un-prejudicial relationship with their players and have the physical and emotional welfare of the players uppermost in their minds.
- The assistant coach shall report any major incident to the head coach and be familiar with emergency phone numbers and procedures.
- The assistant coach shall be familiar with and follow all rules and guidelines in the Athletic Policy.
